I'd argue Brian Billick won with Trent Dilfer so I'd he could win with Kaepernick.

Any living warm blooded person could win a Super Bowl as a QB with Brian Billick. How that guy is not immortalized and in the HOF is bullshit. I have to imagine the NFL powers that be (owners) forced him out of the position after he pulled that Dilfer stunt... fuckin' ridiculous!

2 completely different style QBs. Of the 3 coaches you mentioned Reid is a yes, BB for how great he is had Brady so I don't know if he could handle Kap and have continued success and the same with McVey.
