Huskies covered their big spread...I have full confidence the Hawks will cover their spread as well

No correlation, this isn't the college game. Yes we should take care of business and destroy these guys but our team has really not looked sharp yet this season. The defense will probably shut the Jags out or limit them to not much but the offense needs to improve drastically and show us something. The penalties need to be cleaned up too. If we have another "sloppy outing", it could be an underwhelming 17-3 or something similar. I would be disappointed in that. I don't know about you guys.

Im looking for less penalties and better play calling on 1st down. I feel like we have gotten behind schedule and put ourselves in too many 3rd and longs.

College teams cover huge spreads all the time. Because every week there are 40-50 point lines.

As far as the NFL goes, I would never take a favorite that big because they are so rare. 10 of the 12 favorites this big in NFL history failed to cover.

Not to mention they were up 42-0 at halftime.

I honestly figured the Huskies would win about 42-0 but didn't think they would cover their spread. Hopefully something similar happens with the Seahawks today. Also because I would like to get the backups some play time as well as some rest for some of our other starters.

Looks like AZ is going to go down, down 17 to 7 in the fourth with Saints in the red zone while the Rams are in a similar stance as Dallas is 31 to 7 in the fourth. Now if Seattle wins and 49ners loss when can put some real distance in our division.

Like the rest, I'm looking for a lot less penalties, and hoping that this is the game to get the offense going in a better direction.

But I'm also not taking this game lightly. I hope the Hawks come out and not play down to their opponent. Hope they come out and play like they are playing one of the top tier teams.

But in the end, I do think they will win this one handily.

Looks like Cleveland will win in Minnesota. Shocking.

Ya watched that and the only thing I can think of was they where playing for a field goal. (they where down 4). Can ponder not throw it deep, way too many short passes for three or four yards. There was like four or five short pass and I just don't get it. Ow well not my team. And good for the browns.

I'm gonna be selfish today and hope we blow out the Jags without having to use Marshawn too much (facing him in a crucial fantasy match up lol)

Hoping for a game similar to Arizona last year, cause I think last year's Arizona team was better than this team. That was 58-0, if I remember correctly.

They do have some play-makers out there with Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron. I think it was stupid of them to trade Trent Richardson, they have players you can build around in Cleveland.

Not sure if Jacksonville should have deferred. Game may be over by the second half.

Yeah, but reports are that they are trying to trade Gordon too, so I just don't know where they are trying to go with this team.

I always felt like it's best to defer.

I'd rather have the ball after halftime winning or losing.

If you're down it gives you a chance to catch up, if you're up it gives you a chance to put it even further out of distance.

early whistle to end a play that Lynch was breaking open. Looks like the refs are gonna try to keep us from humiliating them. ;)
