This is a completely different team than last year.

To pretend like you would know they're not gonna make the tournament before the season started is foolish.

For any of us who said it was "possible"......why not? We start 3 top 100 recruits. We're loaded with talent. None of us said we would make it......some of us just said it's possible.

I did some quick research to see if what I said about starting 3 top 100 recruits held water or not.

I found that Copeland, Watson, and Palmer were all top 100 as I thought.

Roby was just outside the top 100 at 113th, and Jordy was 150th.

These are 5 of our most used players. Now, recruiting rankings don't always pan out obviously, but that is an excuse we've been using for years in both football and basketball. At some point it becomes a coaching and developing issue.

With that kind of talent we should at the very worst be a top 50 basketball team with potential to crack the top 25.
