Checks out. Everyone knows the best decisions are made by reaction to twitter.
College football has become the NBA?
Smart move on Tate's part. The PAC isn't an option conference nor has it ever been. Take that shit back east but don't be trying it out west.
It might work for Air Force but the PAC 12 gets most of its recruits from California and those kids don't mess with the option unless its maybe the read option and even that is few and far between. Can’t speak for any other West team, but Air Force kicks our ass every year with the triple option.

Step 1 for one of football’s best defensive minds: stop the triple optionI agree, it just ticks me off that BSU can’t stop that shit

Big 8 ... not the PAC.
I mean, I see the point of him doing what he did. But... this ain't the NFL. He won't be there for 10 years or so. So how could this have impacted the coaching hire?
Think about it. Ken (coach at Navy) has a solid resume and has built a standing program at Navy. They've had some 9+ win seasons and average about 8 wins a season. So he's obviously doing something right.
