How to make the Playoffs

Here is a break down of the rest o the schedule for the Yankees. In my opinion we wont make it but I hope I am wrong. This is what we need to happen to make it

@ Toronto- W
Balt (3 games)- win 2
Chitown- Win 2 games
Boston (4gms)- Win 3 games
@ Balt(4 gms) Win 2 gms
@ Boston (3gms)-Win 2 games
@Toronto(3 gms)- Win 2 games
SF(3 Gms)- Win atleast 1 game
TB (3 gms)- Win 2 games
@Houston- Sweep and we are in

This is how I think we can make the playoffs. We would go 20-10 in the last 30 games. Reason 20 -10 gets us in because we woulf pick up games against TB and Balt because we play them. If we lose 1 series then we have to add a (2)sweeps to another series. Ex: We lose tonight we would have to sweep Chi town and say Balt. That would bring us back on track.

I think the toughest one to do would be to win 3 of 4 against Boston. We can win 2 of 3 in Boston if we have the right pitchers going and honestly we should be able to win 2 game against the Giants.

We are in big trouble now. Oakland wins the first 3 in Detroit while we lose 2 of 3 in Toronto. The only thing that saving us right now is that they play Tampa this weekend. Were going to be 5 and 5.5 out of the 2 WC spots after tonight. We need both teams to lose tmr so it will be cut to 4.5 and 5 then hope that one of the 2 gets swept while we win the series against the O's to make up 2 or possibly 3 games

The only reason I won't be so pissed if we miss out on the playoffs is because we were without basically all of our top hitters excluding Cano for most of the season until August. Most people thought we wouldn't be fighting for a spot in September.

So we are right on pace according to your list purguy. Even though we lost that game to TOR, we made up for hit by winning 3 instead of 2 against the White Sox.
