105.3 had a nice discussion on Prince. They very much think he should move down in the order. Either 7 or 8 and if he works it out and improves then move up where needed.

Only reason I'm batting Choo ahead of Beltre -- Belts does better as the #4 hitter. Otherwise, Belts @ 3, Choo 4, Des 5, etc

I would switch Moreland and Fielder too. Wish we could stick Rua in for Fielder and eventually Gallo. For that matter Choo DH and put DDJ out there. I am pretty much for anyone besides Fielder. I wish he would get on a hot streak but just don't see it happening.

Unfortunately I think this is true and I hate saying it.

I really was hoping he'd come into the season, show a little stronger arm, better routes, etc and so far it just ain't happening.

It kind of doesn't work to one's advantage to have so much speed when it's primary purpose is to make up for one's mistakes.

I can understand pressure on Banister to play him but what I do not savvy is why play put in the four hole. Now that probably is Banister's decision and a very bad one.

Choo is a better OF than DDJ.

I actually don't agree with this at all, and the numbers don't really do so either

DDJ is an iffy CFer which by default makes him better than Choo who is mediocre to terrible in RF

DDJ's problem is his arm... and getting good reads especially on line drives

Well the only hitter in our lineup that could possibly provide a reason to pitch to Fielder is Beltre which would require a pretty dramatic shuffling of the lineup due to L-R-L matchups

Desmond and Moreland just don't provide adequate fear in pitcher for them to do anything but pitch around Fielder,

Not that Fielder isn't missing some pretty hittable pitches lately
