Nice. We got to play our last round of the year the day after Christmas. Went out to Southampton, MA. Stunk it up but it was cold, tees way back and the course soaking wet.

Now, it's gonna be sims till spring.

Have you ever played a round in the snow?, it's a blast. I'm sure you guys get plenty of it, something to think about.
I played one year with about 12 of my friends, no rules just find and hit he ball. I found that the orange balls were really hard to see in the snow, go figure. It's like playing from a sand trap all day but with the fires on every tee box, the brandy and the cigars, it made it pretty much fun. Maybe try it if you feel challenged, forget the score, just have fun

It's moving to simulators time here in New England. Fortunately, I have both a 90yd wedge flag in my front yard and a 15 x 18 ft net in the back strung between the trees. I can hit driver from 60ft back and it gives great feedback. By the time it goes 60 feet, you can tell what else was going to happen.

With the net and snow, I let it down by pulleys and plow past it. Then I pull it back up and the plowed ground clears with one day of sunshine so I can keep that open all year.

Man, I got a lot of newfound respect for you, I'm impressed. Got a radio on it? Where's the liquor cabinet?

Finally, I was limping badly on the hip I had replaced in September. I won't need it this year but last season I was able to ride down the steep slopes of my course with this sled attachment I made.

All of these attachments were designed to fit to the existing through-bolt and other clamping devices so it takes no tools in the parking lot to set up.

I think I'm done but I have thought about a clooing fan that could hook to the unit's USP port. Hmmmm....

Oh yeah, I forgot about the quick release for the remote. Putting the remote in your pocket requires you to lock and unlock it all day. Otherwise, you can bend over to pick up your ball and send the unit into a pond. This is an adaptation from my sure lock quick release clip for my Garmin hunting collar. It works perfectly 'cause I just clip it to my belt and there's no chance of accidentally hitting a button.

My regular playing buds all have Zip Navigators too so I've made all of these multiple times!

We've gotten beaten up by the cool kids a few times but it's well worth the bruises.
