Diva 17 points on 5 /16 shooting missing 2 unnecessary 3 point shots and FTs and a turnover. He did every thing he could to possibly cost us the game but thanks to Deng, CB and Whiteside, we pulled it off. On to play the lowly LA Fakers and build on this

What? Why would I criticize? It only took Spolestra almost the entire season and 6 games under 500 to finally do something different after halftime. Like put more energy in the 3rd, not play Cole and Chalmers together at the same time, etc. Still did not like Cole in there down the stretch as he did very little. Further, while Wade did not shoot that well, he did have double digit assists and played solid D.

The energy needs to be “ put” by the players - they are the ones on court. And, no, it did not take almost the entire season - at lot of season left, and we are in the East and have a hold of the 8th spot, they will only improve from here if the players continue to put in the work.

I will give you the double digit assists - but to say he played “ solid” D is a pretty big reach
