Question for All. The LSU QB was ruled to have his arm going forward so it was not a fumble but rather a forward pass. Here is question. The ball hit his lineman, why not illegal touching by an ineligible receiver, and/or the ball was going down out of his hand, there was no receiver in the area, he was in the pocket and the ball did not cross the line of scrimmage? Why not Intentional grounding? Also, the ball was not touched by a defender, so it was not a deflected pass.
