We knew going into the year that the first four games would be difficult. I thought if we came out of those 2-2 that we could end up with maybe 11 wins. Now that we have one W, what are your predictions for the next 3 games?

When is the last time Denver had an easy game in Florida? Both games on the east coast scare me. Fortunately the TB game is a late game, starting 2:30 here.

Indy is a team that gives us problems like we give the Pats or Panthers fits. So of course that worries me. But I think we will win. But I have no hope for the Bengals game.

So, I'll go with OC and say 3-1. If so, I'll be quite optimistic regarding the season.

What I keep pointing out is that these Broncos are trained, coached, rotated and injury transitioned in a very enlightened way. This kind of management of personnel is one of the reasons why the Broncos have been winning in the 4th quarters.

I don't see why the freshness of the players isn't also a target for this kind of conditioning in hot weather. It isn't by smoke and mirrors that the Broncos win ugly sometimes - it is by creating the will to win and conditioning the players to play at their optimum. Past results are not valid as the variables have shifted significantly.

I'd say past results of teams traveling east 2 or 3 time zones with an early start are pretty persuasive regardless of personnel.

If we only win 1 more of these games, however, I hope we destroy Indy. They have had our number the last couple of years, and I want revenge.

Indy irritates me big time. They always come into game with this O-line that is just stinking it up and when they play Denver they turn into All- Pros for some reason. Drives me nuts !

I think it's going to be a lot of fun tomorrow to sit back and watch the action. I mostly plan on watching the Chargers @ Chiefs, but I'll be paying attention to the Colts as well, since they're the next opponent. I definitely think the team can weather a 3-1 start. I want to see them manhandle Indy next week.

2-2 after 4. Maybe the toughest quarter of the season. Luck owns Denver like Denver owns Cam.

Indy having a nice brutal physical game with Lions bodes well with me. If in A. Heard some chirping that some believe Detroit offense and Stafford just might be better off without CJ. Stafford focused on him too much. As true as that could be, it's that Detroit D that is most suspect. Hope Indy wins but is put through a tough one like Broncs.

Honestly of the next 3 games in some ways I view the Colts as our easiest opponent. I've thought that though the last couple of years and yet somehow we just seem to struggle against them. I mean they play into the fact that we want to run the football. They have a terrible front-7 so logically we should be able to get great push against them. Throw in good chance their top corner is gone that always gives DT fits. So maybe even the pass game opens up a bit in this one. Defensively they want to throw the ball all over the place which again plays right into the strength of our defense. My guess is Luck remembers what happened last time we played and watched the Thursday game seeing we haven't backed down from the fact that our guys are going to hit you as hard as they can. So maybe he starts hearing some ghosts.

Cincy then is obviously our toughest game. On the road against a very veteran team. Burfict is out from this game so I'm guessing the plan like most weeks will be to pound the football at them trying to slow down that defense and get the crowd out of the game. I honestly do like our chances against their offense a bit more this year than in the past. Lost some depth at the WR position and it doesn't look like their TE will be ready to go quite yet when we play them. So that means we can roll coverage towards Green and send extra help to stop the run. Still I would probably put this one down as a Loss. Good chance we don't win every game this year so this looks like a logical one to put down as a loss.

Tampa being the 2nd road game in a row is a team I honestly just don't know much about. I haven't watched them a whole lot and will be interested to see the growth in Jameis for this season.

I would put as at 3-1 though with that win against the Panthers. I thought 2-2 before we won that one but I think with 10 days off to prepare for the Colts we should be good to go to start at least 2-0 and then find a way to win one on the road.
