Skins may finish with the same record as the #3 seed in the AFC, maybe better

Youre not a shitty team because you arent the best in a beast of a conference, like you are implying

You are just misfiring today man. What's wrong with you today?

The 3 seed in the AFC will either be the AFC West or AFC South champ and will probably need at least 9 wins to win that division. The Redskins would be between 8-10 in the AFC right now with their record and they will struggle to finish 9-7 this year. They wouldn't even be a playoff team right now in the AFC with their record.

They aren't a shitty team. They are a bad team with bad injuries and no depth. All they have right now is a very good QB. That's it. No real supporting cast around him. The Redskins are a perennial 1 game over .500 team with Cousins as QB and no support around him.

I'd go....

1. New England
2. Philly
3. Minnesota
4. Pitt
5. Rams
6. New Orleans
7. Atlanta
8. Carolina
9. Seattle
10. Jacksonville
11. Tennessee
12. Detroit
13. Chargers
14. KC
15. Buffalo

Nah,

1. Minny
2. Philly
3. NE
4. Rams
5. Pitt
6. NO

The other 7 and down I have no idea as I don't even think Tennessee or even Buffalo have a chance to stay in the top 15.

They happen to play in the wrong conference, they would probably land in the AFC title game in Foxboro if they were in the AFC
AFC having a down year, this will be the NFC's 5th time being over .500 vs the AFC in 16 years....

Looks like it will keep at it in the future too. The NFC has more promising young teams.

I like Philly but their schedule has been awful, Vikes are solid but I just can't buy Case Keenum as a great QB yet . The Top 6 are all close though .

Still Philly is killing those teams. Its not like they are beating them by 3 points. They are doing what a good team is supposed to do against mediocre/bad teams. Keenum my not be a starting QB but he is doing a hell of a job as of right now. The only thing I see him screwing up is their first playoff game. He has zero experience in the playoffs and we all know its a totally different game.

2017 Washington Redskins Injuries | Pro-Football-Reference.com

No depth huh? Take a look at their injury list for this season - staggering. 16 guys on IR and another 13 who have missed games due to injuries. At times their OL has been missing 80% of their players & several backups & the remaining player was hurt. They have played games where 6 of the 11 offensive starters were missing as well as missing several defensive players & their starting K is on IR. They have also been missing or been playing hurt w/ most of their secondary at times as well as their 2 best DL. Their top receiver - Reed - has missed most of the season.

Their depth is not that bad, but in the salary cap era no team can survive this many injuries. Please tell me just about any NFL team that would survive this many injuries. Not making excuses - just the reality. Even an 8-8 record at this pt is somewhat of a miracle. The silver lining is that this actually will likely produce depth in the future & help to develop some future talent.

Yes stats just tell you how an individual player performed not if their team won. That's correct

Right . I forgot he played defense in the SB too. You see very few 2 way players now so it's not surprising I forgot

If you read what I'm saying I said that the Redskins aren't a shitty team, they are a bad team with bad injuries and no supporting cast. What is false about that?

7 second half points, fumbling away the game, taking a sack knocking you out of game clinching FG range

Yeah, no one in america should wanna suffer through Matt Ryan again
