Draft the best players and build around the best players. Seattle's O line isn't that good. Russell Wilson and Lynch make a lot of people miss. Seattle's current WRs aren't that good, either, but Lynch and Wilson are generally good enough to get the job done.

Clayton, now you're speaking my language right there. At #2 Jake Matthews is the BPA.

With me, the 4 guys in the BPA discussion are Clowney, Bridgewater, Matthews and Watkins. You really have to try and find faults with their game.

Of the 4, I think Matthews has the lowest upside but is also the least likely to bust. Bridgewater has the highest value but is also the most likely to bust. Clowney has the highest upside and 2nd highest value but is our lowest need. Watkins as a prospect is Justin Blackmon with more speed. Obviously that is hard to grade because Blackmon didn't have a QB and doesn't have a brain but Watkins is certainly a legitimate BPA prospect. Boyd was throwing ball behind him, above him, in front of him and he still put up big stats. The screens are in Clemson's offense for Boyd's sake and not Watkins.

Clowney- effort, doesn't seem to play for the love of the game.
Bridgewater- nothing specific, I have just never been too terribly impressed with the guy.
Matthews- very strong OT, worth #2? I don't know.
Watkins- isn't the player the Rams need. Rams need size which he does not have. Is there room for he and Tavon on the field with Cook taking the slot? No one needs to draft a 1st rounder that doesn't play every down.

If some of you would have seen Sammy Watkins play this year, you would have man love too. Especially when you have watched the past few years as a Rams fan and you get excited when you get a 1st down.

And if you want to watch another shitty offensive season, then be my guest... Keep hoping and try praying while your at it.

Rams took S Jackson outta Oregon State and were not dissappointed, Cooks would be the same @ WR. NO injuries @ State and is flat out better than USC's M Lee as a sophmore.

I was high on Markus Wheaton last year and he didn't do squat for Pittsburgh. Could take him a few years there, but I thought he would be strong last year.

No need for Cooks, already have the real thing in Tavon. Rams need a #1, not another slot guy.

Wheaton looked really good for a rookie. AB is an elite WR in the NFL and Emmanuel Sanders is much more polished than Wheaton. That left Wheaton competing for time with Jerricho Cotchery. Those snaps generally came in the red zone where the vet with reliable hands gets the nod. Cotchery had 46 catches for 602 yards and 10 TDs so I'd say he was putting up a very good argument that he should be on the field. There's a very good chance Sanders will move on in FA this offseason though and Wheaton looked better and better as the season went on so I expect him to do a lot more next season. Everyone is very high on him in Pittsburgh.

Point with Wheaton is that he's going to be a very good player but rookie numbers would't show it.
