I doubt they deal Danks. Yes his contract is overpriced but he's not useless, he's a solid 4th starter and sometimes as good as a 3. A team can live with one bad deal (he will be the only one left after Dunn is gone).
You need 5 legit starters, next year probably: Sale, Quintana, Danks, Rodon (the guy they drafted #3), and one of Noesi/Carroll/Rienzo or someone they sign as a FA or trade for. I just think they are going to try to contend next year and you need 4+ decent starters and while Danks is overpaid he's decent. They should try to sign one of the FA pitchers out there, the problem is you end up signing a guy for 5+ years which as we see with Danks is usually a mistake.
They do need a catcher probably, but they will have a ton of money to spend this off season (Dunn's, plus moving the payroll back to the top half from the lower half where it is now)
