He unfortunately had the opposite of how you want your career to pan out, started out really good but got worse the more seasons he played. Was decent at the end but we need more than decent,

Not sure he was a cancer in the locker room. He was against he Rams though. But generally good teammate. afterall he was our man of the year.
As an OG he is average at best. He can start in the NFL but when your OL sucks as bad as us he had no prayer being retained this year. Best of luck to him but he has to go.
