That is a word that gets misused all the time and it bugs the hell out of me.

Tanking is losing on purpose. In this context that would mean intentionally benching high scoring players in favor of scrubs or starting injured players over healthy ones.

And yes, I agree that should never be tolerated.

Making your team weaker in the short term by trading vets for future assets IS NOT tanking.

That is smart management.

I know Kelce is a stud but I really liked Ridley coming back so I’m good with that deal

I totally assumed you were kidding.

At the risk of speaking for OBX, tanking is somewhat of a 'trigger' (hate that term) for us MBBRL'ers. Had to excommunicate a founding member and sitting D1 commish for it a few years back. The mere hint of 'tanking' gets feathers ruffled up.

Long as you're putting forth what can reasonably be defended as what you think your best possible lineup is, given the makeup of your roster, all will be good

My guess is that you are overreacting to one bad week when a lot of people had duds.

across my leagues I had the utmost pleasure of seeing Danny Dimes, D'Andre Swift, Dallas Goedert, Chig Okwonko, Christian Kirk, Isiah Likely, Tyler Lockett combine for a TOTAL of 13.5pts....and the league where I started Dan Jones doesn't count negative pts for interceptions!

Unfortunately that was the Bust league... where i hoped they would bust... Not even that league went right for me last week!!!

That's how I remember it, unless Milk has changed things.

Which would mean that I'm in 1st Place.
