Howard should be safe by rule because the catcher blocked the plate. Howard should have run him over but that is not allowed and Ruf actually is the guy that pointed out the discrepancy. That should be a run added to the Phillies. Under review.

That call with Howard was like the Byrd play in Cincy where we lost that review. WE do get the call here and the unearned run.

Peralta drops the ball on the fly ball and Montero drops the ball at home plate where he could have easily tagged Nieves out who was just jogging or else Nieves is really slow. Nieves scores and we add a run to make it 4-2.

Phillies get their second unearned run of the day on the error on Peralta. Into the eighth we go.
