Think about it. Romo's deal was written so the HAD to redo it no matter who else needed yo be signed. Smiths contract is low in 15 (Romo's contract will HAVE to be redone for 15) then the deal flattens out at a very team friendly 10.039M a season. Get through 15 and the cap will take care of it self.

If they can get Bryant a similar deal Rome will redo his deal next year then Cap hell should be a thing of the past.

If these numbers are correct it is great news for Cowboy fans. A top 5 LT who is extremely young only gets a 10 million signing bonus. Man his agent SUCKS. I'd think he'd get double or triple that. Why would he settle for such a small amount of money?

Yep, proof is in the details. I'm afraid he's going to decide he's underpaid sometime around 2017 or 18.
