He's definitely in over his head, never should have been hired for the job in the first place, but I find the timing a bit odd.

But if they make the right hire, USC is primed to dominate the Pac again.

Not sure why he's getting all this hate. He deserves to get fired cause he's never gonna make the next step, but he did what he was supposed to do. The culture of the program is better and he recruited good talent. He was a good bridge coach and they are now in position to make a home run hire. We'll see if they blow it.
