This should be very interesting game with Washington's offense not exactly lighting the world on fire the past two games, but facing a USC team whose defense has struggled a lot this season.

USC will be without their #1 RB, Marshawn Lloyd, the leading rusher in the PAC, who appears to not be playing today.

It's "by rule" and was inconsequential anyway (pass interference was called and clearly happened). I wasn't sure about the rule in college, but apparently the same as NFL; can't take out a QB's legs.

Yeah by rule but there needs to be a judgement to these calls. He’s stumbling falling down nothing about the play is intentional.

As the announcer said, he still launched himself to make the hit and made no effort not to. Your issue should be with the rule, not the call.

And that was probably 25/75 end of Penix's career vs. No issue, which, right or wrong, is the reason for the rule

I don’t see the launch he fell down at his feet and grabbed with his arms. The same contact happened on that sack just now.
