I hope for the starting offense to score a TD as quickly as possible, efficiently, and to get the hell the hell off the field. All I have ever wished for during preseason was no injuries for my team or players I follow.

winning is good...even in pre-season. but I agree. staying healthy's always going to be the biggest key in these tune-up games...

Enough prospects and FA's to go around this year, anyways. Not a situation like a few years back where I would just write off the backups being worth anything down the line.

Phillip Gaines, Josh Mauga, Jamaal Charles, Eric Berry, Justin Houston and Tamba Hali are not expected to dress today for the Chiefs.

Going to be very interesting to see Nelson at the outside CB. That's where he was in cameo when Peters or Smith were out of the game. Gaines was at the nickel last year and he looked pretty decent there in the short time I saw of him. Nelson may change the equation if he does well this preseason.

I'll post notes later but that was pretty picture perfect outside of two high snaps so far. Very crisp. O-line had a huge pass pro win that created a zone bust for Maclin on 3rd down; is the highlight so far and may stay that way.

Sloppy Run D. Cooper looked bad and Nelson looked late in his reads. First throw on Peters was an INT in the endzone. Pressure with safety blitz nudged Wilson into an inaccurate throw.

Looked fine to me. Outside of two high snaps by Morse (one effectively blowing up the play) the offense looked pretty good overall.

Yeah, I am kind of doubting his football IQ with a couple of these throws already.

Seems to me they really wanted Demetrius Harris to be a weapon against zone as a TE2. Fasano is missed.
