How much of each

And I dunno bear just making a ton of it to have all week

What beav said...mix equal portions, however much ya want, and then just store whats leftover in a container.

I like a little blackening or color in there too, so a little paprika, garlic powder...if ya wanna kick it up, add a touch of chili powder or cayenne or both.

If it's dried sage, be careful...I wouldn't include that in the equal portions part

For my homemade rubs, I generally always start with paprika as a base. It not overpowering and adds color and smoke to yer crust.

Fresh herbs always are better to go with...I don't cook a chicken with measurements in mind, but rather go lightly with flavor in mind, give that bird a bath in EVO (extra virgin olive oil) after a water washdown and pat dry down, then massage in your fresh OR dry herbs afterwards...bear knows best.

My go to is paprika, garlic powder, thyme, crushed rosemary, cayenne salt and pep.

My measures are not exact, but go in the order I gave, with Paprika being the most, on down to just a wee bit of cayenne, each being a little less than the spice before it.

My guess is these are boneless, skinless breasts he is talking about, but the same applies...definitely, thawed and dry...then a little oil fo sho

Tony's. Everything is good with Tony's on it or you can marinate it. Then throw some other seasonings, a little garlic, onion powder, or italian on there.

IMO a totally underrated item I like to use on beef, chicken or fish is lemon pepper.
