I hope it is a wake up call for Chase. He certainly seems to have talent but is free lancing and lack of hustle if a play drove me nuts.

Just ask Robert Griffin who running when he turned back into the middle of field only to see a 300 lb. monster was hustling and damn near broke him in half.

Parsons plays angry and with his hair on fire.
He is not the only player but I think of LT back in the day and how many plays he chased down from the back side. There was no trot or stand and watch in LT.

Agree Parsons plays that way as well.

Going back to his PSU tape, Parsons has incredible game acceleration and agility without sacrificing speed. Dude plays like the outcome of the game is in his hands, even if they are blowing a team out. Parsons also went to a defense that already had elite/above average talent but also had talent on offense too.

Young on the other hand, went to an organization that in hindsight probably shouldn't have picked him. Its possible Young plays lights out, not just because he's surrounded by talent, but that little bell in his head has to be telling him, his career is on the line

Parson seems more disciplined as a defender than CY. He is probably faster too, though I’m not certain of this. He also has made significantly more impact plays for the cowboys than CY did for the commanders.

Just my .02

Parsons LOVES FOOTBALL like few others. Not many do after the game checks start hitting the bank accounts.

Many aim solely for that Second contact through stats and staying upright. Love Dallas's corner Diggs. He's one, NOT Parsons, he ain't wired that way. The old saying..He'd play for free darn near applies.

Say what you want about Dallas, but Will McClay was perhaps the one guy who saw so much more than an off the ball LB.

your ownership needs to find their Will McCay

Reports are that the commanders dropped their price from what was a 2nd and a 5th for CY when other teams expressed concerns about his medicals.

Jesus, what a masterclass of GM maneuvering by John Lynch and the Niners, who will recoup the 3rd they get when CY inevitably signs elsewhere.

Once again, the Commanders GMs are outclassed: bidding against themselves by telegraphing their intentions before losing to the Eagles.

It’s beyond time for this regime to go.

I understand the thought but it doesn’t take into account that leading the WR gains him yards. So no, I would not change the dynamic.
the defense looked better without cy and sweat.chase overran plays all season anyway.he,s been soft as hell since he returned from his torn acl.

washington getting screwed in the rivera era is expected.nothing but a huge mistake.sooner he,s gone the gd better.
Redskins wanted away from the dipshit at all costs. I wouldn’t doubt if he finishes the season strong and land a big contract. Once paid though he’ll never pan out. He’ll never put the work in that’s needed
