Curious why the Cards would be scheduled for a pre-season game with the same team they will open the season with the following game.

Yeah, I found that a little odd too. They've already announced Logan Thomas will play the whole game and I'm assuming very few first team guys will be out there very long, if at all.

Only watched parts of it. I saw a comment by Arians that said that the play calling by Goodwin:

I can't imagine either team tipping their hat play-wise a week prior to the start of the regular season. Will be dull as dirt.

Charges just signed Ryan Lindley! The Cardinal secrets are out! Luckily, in watching him play over the years, it was clear Lindley didn't grasp the playbook so I doubt he can inform SD of much (unless he provides documentation)
