I'm still laughing out loud.I laughed out loud.
Ben had a similar game against the Jets in 2011. 133 yards, 2 interceptions, and 2 fumbles. It's not as bad as Hoyer's game except the Steelers still won that game (AFC Championship) to go on to play in the Super Bowl.15/34 136 yards. Got shut out. 4 INTs 1 fumble lost. Can anyone find something worse than that in a playoff game?
The play of the year...
I think the thing that makes his performance look so bad are not only the stats, but the INTS he threw were just downright stupid, and he could have easily been picked off a couple of more times if not for dropped balls. I feel bad for Hoyer, he is not NFL material.Joe Flacco had a worse performance, and won, if you go by QB rating. In fact, Hoyer's performance is only 21st worst among playoff starts.
