For Ohio State I would have to say it was the win over Miami to win the BCS.

Same for Texas, the win over USC to win the BCS.

I think #22 Oregon over #3 Michigan in 2003. not only was it over a higher ranked team but Michgan was still a name brand

In terms of point spread, 2007 Stanford over USC as 41pt dogs. @trojanfan12 would you agree this is my favorite teams biggest upset?

I have no idea what you're talking about. :noidea:

Seriously though, I'd think it would have to be. I was actually at that fucking game. It's the only time I've attended a USC game and had them lose.

In terms of points? Probably last year vs Texas. Sentimentally, it felt really nice to be in attendance for the Orange Bowl though and see Talib show how great he really was against VT. If ever I wanted an 8 team playoff or whatever, I really wanted it that year.

Dude I wouldn't forget the game vs Georgia Tech in 2010. I remember you lost to a 1-AA opponent first game then in rolled in top 15 Georgia Tech and ya's beat emm. LOL

You mean the 7-5 Alabama team that year? :pound:

Believe it or not I was at that game. The moment Freddie Milons returned the punt back, I about lost. Then the season started.

We went 3-8 that year, it was 2000 not 2001.

Can we go back to 99?

Not many games we've been the underdog in recently, and we were just mostly terrrible the rest of that time.

So the one that stands out to me was 2008 Clemson to start the season, beating them 34-10. Pretty much launched Alabama with Saban as being a team to be taken serious.

And then I guess Georgia a few years ago, since that was the first game we'd been the underdog in awhile, and we were supposedly "done", then we beat down Georgia 38-10. That was pretty awesome.

That's right, because we were preseason #2 or something. Milons runs back UCLA's first punt, and that was basically the highlight of the season.

I'm so thankful those days are over.

I have to say 2005 vs Florida. They were number 5 in the country I think and we had Mike Shula patrolling the sidelines. Bama won 31-3, a game I don't think anyone outside of T-town expected us to win. It's one of the loudest games I've been to. Dumb shit Shula left Prothro in the game and ruined his career.

Yeah, started #3.

I remember Milons talking a lot of trash before the game to the media.

Fiesta bowl over Miami

That was a team of Destiny. Your qb was average but you kept on winning. Purdue and Illinois had your number but you pulled win after win out of your ass. You get into a game you had no chance of being in. Keep it close and if McGahee doesn't blow his knee out it goes the other way. But you prevail in overtime.

Great season but really could have been an 8-4 type team if you don't get every bounce. It changed the way I view sports. Some teams are better but if you have destiny on your side nothing else matters

I don't remember that all that well, but I was 14. His play the previous year in the SEC Championship game against Florida was absolutely amazing.

Another big upset for Georgia was in 2009 on the road against Georgia Tech.

Georgia came into the game at 6-5, and had lost at home to Kentucky the week before. Georgia Tech was sitting at 10-1 and ranked 7th in the country.

Beat em 30-24.

Georgia Tech went on to win the ACC and lose the Orange Bowl and finished the season ranked 13th, an was the only win of note for Georgia in 2009.

Probably Texas upsetting what was tabbed the "Greatest team in college football history" by ESPN in the '05 BCS title game.
