Love both,they have a very high range. Saw Skids twice in the 90's. Judas Priest one of my all time favorites fav albums would be Screaming For Vengeance and Stained Class.

Best rock vocalist for me is Freddie Mercury, and it's not really close.

Newer guys, Mike Patton has a wealth of ability and uses it all (to sometimes very strange ends, lol).

How do you classify someone like Tom Waits? His awful voice is somehow beautiful at the same time...
