Ben Bishop trade

Now that it has been a long time which team won the trade ? Ottawa gets Cory Conacher and a 4th round draft pick in 2013. Tampa gets Ben Bishop

When the trade happened I said Oh no we give up a good player for another possible bust but as it turned out we got the better of the deal.

Corry Conacher has only two goals and six assists this year in 34 games.

Lightning won the trade no doubt. Conacher has really fallen off this season while Bishop has really carried his team. I still think this is early, I think Conacher is better than what he has shown so far this season.

Easily the Bolts, they got a # 1 Goalie which they so desperately needed and the Sens got a 2nd/3rd line LW. Yzerman knows what he's doing for sure!

well we traded for him after we hired jon cooper. Cooper knows ben bishop's dad and coached against big ben in juniors and the AHL. So I think yzerman had some inside knowledge on this one.
