Great way to start that road trip. So glad we resigned McLouth. It's nice not having to have Markakis bat leadoff because there's nobody else suitable.

Brought the wrong pitcher up from AAA, should have left Britton's ass there and brought either Freddy Garcia or Jair Jurgens up for the start.

Definitely not his A-game. Or even his AAA game, where he had a 1.98 ERA.

I see they sent him back down and called up another Zach... Zach Clark.. for bullpen help.

Brought the wrong pitcher up from AAA, should have left Britton's ass there and brought either Freddy Garcia or Jair Jurgens up for the start.

I say Garcia should be brought up.. maybe later this week if someone else gets sent down in the meantime. 2 walks, 21 SOs, 2.67 era in 33+ innings.. he deserves the chance. Jurrjens numbers are comparable but he has 13 walks in 30+ innings.

Is anyone else tired of watching Adam Jones have fly balls drop out of his glove as he simultaneously blows a bubble? I understand that he's comfortable and knows what he's doing. It just gives the appearance that he's not focusing and not giving 100%. Not saying he isn't...just saying it looks that way.

Freddy Garcia it is. 17-3, 2.63 ERA against the Angels lifetime. Would love to see a solid performance from him.

I can't believe that Freddy Garcia is getting another start in the bigs again but I wish him the best. I just don't have any faith him anymore. Let's hope it works out!

These guys are not squaring up on Garcia at all. I think he's going to have a very solid outing if he can keep his count down.

Nice way to complete this road trip. 7-4 on the west coast swing.. not too bad, not too bad at all.
