2/2 with 2 accurate laser throws. Too much pressure on the other pass plays to blame him.

Seriously, cut Feely now. Catanzaro has kicked every kickoff(6/6) deep into the endzone. I'll take that along with some decent but not great FG kicking all day long. Feely just doesn't have leg for kickoffs.

I just got home from The Big Toaster after leaving after that last TD. Logan looked as good as his stats suggested. He made some tight accurate throws into some small windows & his TD throw showed his athleticism along with his awareness. Keep in mind he was going against a lot of guys who won't be in the NFL come September.

The Guys that stood out to me:

J. Brown - He was getting open & making catches all over the place.
Golden - He seemed to be getting open & making catches the entire game.
Catanzaro - The guy has a leg & kicked every kickoff deep into the endzone.
Demens - He seemed to be all over the place on Def & ST when he got a chance to play.
All the TE(s) seemed to make plays.

We didn't get to see much of the 1st team offense/defense. But those teams as whole looked good in the limited time they played.

That was a nice first game by the cardinals. A lot of play to be optimistic about.

If Palmer gets good protection, nobody will be able to stop our offense.

People are saying the niners will have the best offense in the NFCWest but this team could surprise some people. I have a feeling Palmer is going to have an excellent season! I am calling it now that we will have two 1000 yard receivers.

Cards looked like a Super Bowl team out there vs Houston

................. on the flip side, the Texans were abysmal !

I honestly believe the Cards could very well win the NFC West this season.

Logan Thomas had by FAR the best opening preseason game of all the NFL rookie QBs.

Imho ...... this is indeed the BEST football team the Cards have had since they moved to Arizona in 1988. :suds:

Without a doubt! We have more quality depth than any other cardinals team that I can remember.

Preseason game 1 might be the one time winning 32-0 isn't helpful lol. Thanks for sucking so bad Texans! Running game was terrible, but everything else...what can you say? They looked like they were ready for the Super Bowl.

Yea, now we have to wait another week to really see how well they play with a better team.

From the sounds of it, we are likely only going to see the first team for a series or two in Minnesota. Arians said after the first game that because of how good both first teams looked in the first game, he doesn't plan on playing them much in the preseason.

So if they both come out strong in the first series or two, they likely will be done for the game.

So do I. There was plenty there, but not much happened.

They were basically playing the OL/RB 3rd stringers & guys who won't make the roster from mid second quarter on. Plus the Texans' secondary was so poor that they just couldn't resist throwing the ball early on. Houston also seamed to be run blitzing a lot in the second half when they knew the Cardinals were just trying to run out the game.
