well what i was trying to say with this thread is the goalie market is pretty saturated with "quality" nhl goalies. heck the isles got halak for what? a 5th round pick? sign him to a contract and they have a stable goalie that should be able to get them to the playoffs.

instead you spend a #9 on cory. i know picks aren't a lock and hovart who knows. still they could've dealt the pic down and loaded up? sign halak (insert any other goalie) and i think they would be where they are right now.

not saying that in the end the cory move won't be the best move but just saying as it stands right now what do you think?


can they please give the guy a night off? this reminds me of pdb and kovy having him out there for 25 mins night. wtf!

at this point they really should have. they aren't close to contending and are just "wasting" the prime years of cory with mediocre play.
