First of all Hood wasn't wrong, he said they "could" make a second half impact, you can't make a second half impact until the second half is played out, just because they were called up doesn't mean they have already made a impact?

And duh, Kapler has inside knowledge of what's going on, so he didn't pull that info out of nowhere
