Pains me to say I don't see the Sox losing this October

They are like 80-5 at Fenway, don't see anyone winning a series going through there

I'm assuming they all cycled their steroids where they will not be weaker in October

Stranger things have happened. Yanks were supposed to get swept by Cleveland last year. Didn't work out that way.

'01 Mariners were supposed to steamroll everyone, Yanks (who would have finished 20 games behind them) took them out in 5 games.

Hopefully, Yanks have Judge and Sanchez entrenched in that postseason lineup to combat the lefties the Sox will be throwing.

Yes please! And as a catcher would be even better.

Scariest thing about the Sox, to Coras' credit, this lead has allowed them to make sure Sale will be fresh in October, and he's pitching on an unbeatable, superhuman level right now

Any good Romine has done behind the plate is offset by the fact that Cecil Fielder can steal a base on him today

David Wright playing rehab games.

Thoughts, in this order:

1) Remind me, who is David Wright.

2) Oh, yeah, I thought he retired years ago.

That was a pretty incredible performance by Sale yesterday. And the fact that the Sox pulled him after 68 pitches speaks to exactly what you are talking about. He has a .20 ERA and a .636 WHIP in his last 8 starts.
