i am very happy with this move. reed has never impressed me as a closer and davidson has great potential written all over him.
it will be interesting to see who they use to close. will it be someone on the team now or does a trade for de aza bring us a closer.
i guess the most likely guy would be nate jones tho he struggled a lot last year.
then there's old man lindstrom who hasn't really closed since 2010 but he still seems solid.
an outside chance it could be someone like santos rodriguez, a big k artist and low era in the minors but he hasn't pitched in a major league game yet.
not sure who might be available in a trade for de aza.
