Sure looks like him, at least for now. Smoak turning it around as well. I enjoy watching this team right now, I actually couldn't wait to get home from work and watch the game.

Man I feel the same way too. I actually look forward to getting home from work, kicking back, and watching the game now. Before it was like, eh M's game on...is Felix pitching? If not...I'll have the game on and listen in and occasionally watch it if there's a runner in scoring position.

Now I pay attention to almost every pitch to see how the young guys are doing, how they're approaching the ball at the plate.

Glad Ackley is starting to turn it around at the plate...but one underrated aspect of his game that isn't talked about much is his range at center field. There have been a lot of line drives or hard hit balls into the gap that he's able to track down with his speed and reaction to the play. He's no Franklin Gutierrez with the spectacular catches, but his range is pretty damn good out there in center.

He is uselss and I would like to see the M's just release him. I don't care about how good he "could be if healthy" screw that, I would rather see Ackely play the rest of the season out there... I'm done with Franklin.

The last thing this team needs is an injury to another catcher, especially since Zunino has been knocking the ball all over the place for the last couple of weeks. I heard a few hours ago that it wasn't serious, so I hope it isn't, but I would expect Blanco to catch in game 2 at the very least.
