The mock drafts have unionized, we can no longer do more then 2 rounds in a day.

Well, since we all now have a chance to appeal any decision made by management (Ritz and Nos) - and are entitled to an independent arbitrator that could have any and all decisions decided in court proceedings that could last for months - the voting process may take a little more time than usual. But, it's really for the benefit for those who participate. No one would want the biased opinions of management to influence the outcome of the contests, as it is well known that all management wants is cheap labor.

Also, we demand 3000 SportsHoopla Bookie Bucks for each member who participates with bonuses for achieving set upon milestones. Those who have been with mock drafts the longest have seniority and cannot be voted out of any game they participate in (excluding management), these players have tenure and must be protected against ageism and other forms of discrimination. Missing drafts will not affect one's tenure as it will be based on total time from starting drafts, not total drafts participated in.

If our demands are not met, we will strike until management accommodates us for the hardships that they have created with the harsh working conditions that we, the participants, have had to endure.
