I'm not against Broderick. Very good athlete but I'm still holding out for Paris Johson. There are other good prospects that might be a reach in the 1st.....

Yeah. Mocks being all over the place doesn't help.
Maybe the combine will answer who goes and in what order.
Ultimately, I think we'll be waiting for the draft

Watching GMFB on the NFL Network.

Ryan Leaf is a friggin' giant!!!!!!!!!!!!! The McCourty twins barely reach his shoulder.

They each gave the worst plays of their career.

Ryan: 65 yard TD pass against the Colts where the RT was called for lining up off the line.

Jason: 75 yard INT return for a TD negated by the DE being offsides.

Devin: Allowing Peyton Manning to scramble for a 12 yard first down. He said it cost the Patriots Super Bowl 50.

Watching DLs run the 40. Nothing spectacular so far.

$0 isn't critical. 10 yard dash is most important. Looking for under 1.72 seconds.

One big guy did 1.64 and crossed the 40 in 4.73.

Haven't seen a camera shot of any Patriots' staff.

Gone from the DLs to the Edgers. Holy shit. These guys are all over 6'3" and around 255. 10 yards are all under 1.70 and every one of them is under 4.8 for 40 yards. Two so far that I've seen are under 4.6.

New test for the DLs. a bif figure eight where the6y pick up a rolled towel and have to place it down and then do the same for a second one. All without slipping or bouncing the towel. Can't toss the towel at full speed, must place it on the ground. Weird but interesting.

With coaches, executives and agents descending upon the NFL's annual scouting combine, information was flying in Indianapolis this week. MassLive had Patriots beat writers Mark Daniels and Chris Mason in attendance and there was plenty to be gleaned from a variety of conversations with sources...

According to NBC Sports Boston the Patriots spent over an hour meeting and interviewing QB Anthony Richardson Univ. f FL.

6'4" 230, runs a 4.35 40. He can throw the ball a mile at 100 mph but can't throw a screen to save his ass. Horrible accuracy.
He's considered to be extremably coachable and willing to work hard. If he's still around and the Pats get a 3rd round compensatory pick, he could be some real competition for Mac.

Some people think he could go within the first 15 pick.
