The early groups are starting to make the turn.

Mark Leisman is the early leader at -3 thru 7...playing with Tiger (+1), and Fleetwood (+2)...VJ is playing well -2 thru 11 with a birdie on 11 on less.

We'll have to see how these guys bring it in, but the early morning guys played in some chilly conditions and not many low scores posted.

He's playing today too...bet he's on some serious pain killers.

I did the same thing to my ankle, where it actually resulted in a small fracture, and the tendon was torn loose, that I wasn't even aware of. Being a kid and stupid, I suited up for a track meet that night. While warming up for my long jump attempts, coach noticed something wrong with my take offs, so I explained what had happened. He told me to go see the trainer to get it taped.... having wedged my foot into track shoes, as soon as that shoe came off, my foot swelled up, almost cartoon-like. Needless, to say, I didn't experience any pain.... it was just a "weird" feeling. I was playing baseball 3 days later, with an aircast..... stupidly, because it rolls easily now. But still, no pain.

Wow...I tore my ankle up playing BB in HS and the grape fruit size swollen ankle put me out of commission for nearly 3 weeks and even then I think I came back too quickly...the entire rest of the season it was iffy...some 40 yrs later almost...that ankle is not quite the same as the other one. More snap, crackle and pop for sure.

I think I did more damage than just a sprain, and since I gave up playing at the HS level it healed to a point and just kind of leveled off...never got it looked at to this day.

Eh... seems like he always gets people excited before the weekend, then fades.

Freddie could take over the most interesting man in golf from the Mechanic...certainly stateside golf.

Just goes to show you that the Masters still means a lot to these guys...Freddy is having some major back issues and to my knowledge has only played one event on tour this season...yet, he's front in center at Augusta this week.

-2 is the lead in the clubhouse, but Stenson look like he will take -4 to the house and Charlie Hoffman and the Canadian Adam Hadwin are also at -4 with a few holes to play.

Popped it back in like a boss.
Yep. Bet he tore some ligaments doing that shit too. I've gone over on my ankle like that before but never had to pop it back and I tore the shit out of some pretty important parts.
