This was good. Also, the stuff the players said about the previous coaching staffs was not flattering.

I am not falling for it all again this year, though. I remember the defensive players saying stuff last year about how it was going to be an attacking defense. Joke was on me.

After that, it has to be proven to me on the field. No more drinking koolaid(at least until 2019).

Be 3-0 going into the B1G play, I will be impressed. Being 4-0 after the trip to Ann Arbor, then I get to eat crow.

I like the fact that Zach Duvall doesn't allow players to skip certain weight lifting work. That says quite a bit about the former staff and how the players were not pushed to succeed. Farmer said they lacked direction.

Players that are playing after graduating

Freedom Akinmoladun (Grandview, Missouri)
Tanner Farmer (Highland, Illinois)
Jerald Foster (Lincoln, Nebraska)
Luke Gifford (Lincoln, Nebraska)
Mikale Wilbon (Chicago, Illinois)
Peyton Newell (Hiawatha, Kansas)

I was surprised that Wilbon stayed. Has not done much. Peyton Newell, has not done much.

Foster and Gifford are Nebraska boys, I can see them wanting to stay and leave on a good year.

Akinmoladun and Farmer are both starters and can only improve their draft chances. Last year pretty much killed a lot of players draft chances.

They must want to try and change what happened last year and they believe in Frost.
