Tottenham had a pretty tough matchup. United really shit the bed. I thought Chelsea played decent, but Barca just outclassed them. Lol at Messi nutmegging Courtouis twice

I agree about Tottenham but once they drew in Juventus, they needed to finish the job. Plus they had 1-0 game in the 2nd half of the 2nd leg in Wembley. All they had to do was not allow 2 goals then they would have advance.

Totally agree abut United shitting the bed.

As for Chelsea, I agree with you. The 2nd leg could have been more interesting because Chelsea really should have won the 1st leg 2-0. They had so many opportunities to get more than 1 goal at home and the goal Barca got in that game was such a gift.

Liverpool and Man City.

The rest are Barca, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Juventus, Roma, and Bayern Munich. I believe the draw is tomorrow.

Sevilla and Roma must be playing they draw each other lol

Liverpool vs Man City is going to be so much fun. I wanted Roma or Sevilla but really just wanted to avoid Barca, Bayern, or Real

Bayern and Barca move on fairly easily, Real Madrid and Man City should be favored but those won't be easy.

I think Sevilla can challenge Bayern more than Roma will challenge Barca

Why did UEFA choose now to conduct a draw that's on the level? :gaah: They couldn't find a way to draw RM or Barca v. Man City?

I don't think I want to live in a world where CL and EL draws are done on the level.

Historically, Real Madrid does not do well in 2 leg ties vs Juventus.
A fun fact, but doesn't really mean anything this time around. I mean, Real Madrid won 4-1 last year. I think that's more relevant than 3 years ago

Not necessarily. A 2 leg tie where both teams get to play a home game is completely different than winner take all title game on a neutral field.

Yes it's different, but I still think it's more relevant than a 2-leg round 3 years ago. Like I said, it's a fun fact, but 3 out of those 4 rounds were 13+ years ago.

It will be close but because Real Madrid isn't as good this year as they were last year
