The homer was impressive no doubt but I think that was the perfect situation for him.

Next years rotation has to feature May, Berrios and Duffey with Gibson.

Curly won't want to ignore the fact that we'd be leaving out 2 high paid guys but only one of Hughes or Santana deserves it at this point.

And even curly ain't dumb enough to put Nolasco anywhere near our rotation at this point.

I would guess that Berrios will be on a pitch/innings limit as other young pitchers have been. He exceeded his last year totals by around 30%, but I would not mess around with him in the BP. He has to be a starter.

We just inserted Hughes in the middle of a playoff chase on a limited pinch count not having pitched in any game in over month.

And you think we will do something over the winter with his contract and healthy?

Gonna need the bats bad today....and dozier robbed.
