who do you want to see the 49ers draft with the 1st pick. Mel Kiper has us taking either White or Parker.

Im ok with those options but as a sleeper pick and maybe we can trade back to get more picks is drafting WR Beckham. I really think his ceiling is higher then any WR on the board.

Cooper, White, Parker, Beckham and Waynes are the 5 players I want the most. Cooper is gonna be a top 5 pick prolly so he wont be there but the other 4 have a good chance. If we can just one of these players I would be happy.

DT Arik Armstead or DT Malcolm Brown at that position would be a dream come true for us.

I think CB and WR are a bigger need than someone on the D-line. Unless we added a WR or 2 thru FA I dont see us going D-line in the 1st.

If we don't go WR these guys are next in line for me. Armstead would be a great fit.

I am down with this... WR is a deep position in the draft and there are limited number of CB that shows first round grade... DL is an area of need specially if Justin Smith does not come back... Plus the switch to 4-3 as rumored will elevate DL as a high priority need

I think it will come down to Smith. If he comes back we go WR if he doesn't we possible go DT/DE. I think we can get a good CB in rd 2.

We got a defensive minded coach for a defensively strong (but injured) team - draft for offense. Don't go KC and draft for depth early because of our injuries. Plan for fewer injuries in the draft and build depth in FA?

Either a WR or DL. I say possible DL,because they maybe switching to a 4-3.

Wr in the first white if he's there. And best defensive player available in the 2nd followed by Devin Smith in the 3rd. Come away with 2 deep threat wrs

after glancing at a few early mocks, WR looks like the position? Don't know who fits the 49ers best, but appears there are three possibilities.....Kevin White, Jalen Strong, and Davonte Parker?

if not WR, I'd look at OLB (3 down OLB) with pass rush skills. IF they fit our scheme, Shane Ray or Vic Beasley. I'd take them despite Aldon and Aaron, again if they really fit.

I hope we trade the pick to move down. We're in that perfect draft spot to max the value on it and acquire more resources.

And if we find the right trade partner, we could have 2 top 10 first round picks in the 2016 NFL draft!

Are you insinuating that the Niners might lose a lot of games next season? I don't see them beating the Seahawks next season. I want them to succeed, but there's a little part of me that want Jed and Trent to fall flat on their faces. Jed's and Trent's arrogance annoys me!

if they do this fine, but we should be able to find SOMEONE at this spot?

some of our key players aren't young anymore, so even if you take an LT, TE, or LB, it is better to draft a top talent now. So next season he is for sure ready to go, and not facing his rookie season.

your opinion is fine but for me, NO WAY!

I want them to succeed as all get out. I will not find much satisfaction if they go 7-9 or 6-10, JUST so I can sneer at them. Just so I can say "I told you so".

I will find much MUCH more satisfaction if they just succeed.

I see no need for a LB if we can resign Skuta and Wilhoite.

yes, there is no dire need for a LB, but pass rushers are hard to come by yet KEY for defenses. so if you have a chance at a 3 down OLB....with pass rush skills.....don't hesitate.

he might sit for most of 2015, but chit happens fast in the NFL. Who knows if Bowman comes back near 100% who knows if Aldon doesn't get injured? Who knows if Willis' cap hit/age is too large the following season? in 2016 who knows what the cap hits might bring? what deteriorating skills age brings?
