Lovie's defensive system is currently as outdated and dysfunctional as Billy Davis' one. Tampa 2 simply does not work anymore in the modern NFL.

You're not giving Howie enough credit for being the manipulative snake he is - I live in Toronto, and watched JP Ricciardi (very similar to Roseman) hoodwink the Blue Jays team president (Paul Godfrey, one of the classiest guys ever) for almost a decade selling his same old tired shit. And we were shit for the entire regime.

Lurie used the term "accountability" during his press conference, basically saying that Howie is now on the hook for everything that happens moving forward. I hope that's the case. Like I said before, we won't ever get better until that idiot is gone. Permanently. Lurie's intentions are good, he just trusts the wrong people too much.
