In the eyes of the pollsters, MSU will be a better win. They're at #18 now and will be around #10-12 at 11-1 if they win out. I think Wisconsin vs. MSU would be a close game this year as always, and both teams would probably win at home.

(note I've got MSU ranked just behind Wisconsin in my poll, because I expect them to lose one of their last 3 games against Nebraska, Michigan and Minnesota)

Lot of IF's in there, think I will stick with the 4-5 teams that are already on Bama's schedule and ranked ahead of MSU.

if tOSU really wins 25 in a row.. it's gonna suck to see them left out

Exactly. It's not like we're doing it in the ACC or Big East. Hell even the Big 12 is weak right now. 25 wins in a row is unreal, and isn't something we've seen in awhile. Top 10 in scoring offense and defense, and we're loaded all over the field. To be frank, I don't understand why people are assuming FSU is better than OSU at this point. They lose to unranked teams every year and haven't done well on the big stage for a while (unless you count beating Northern Illinois "the big stage"). They're talented but I don't think they're coached as well as we are. I'd love to see Oregon and Bama both go down so we could face off.

true. you might encounter a top 10 or top 15 team at some point in a 25 game span in one of those conferences.

Florida State has beaten 3 teams who have finished in the top 15, or are currently in the top 15. Ohio State hasn't beaten anybody in the top 20, or are currently in the top 20. Ohio State may get that opportunity this year against MSU, but ND beat them, so really how big of a win would it be?

Well beating that many top 25-20 and unranked teams still can't be easy. Ask Florida St. about last year.

Never said it was easy. 25 in a row will be impressive, if Ohio State gets there. They just haven't been challenged to the extent other teams around them will. You can blame Ohio State for some of that, but it mostly falls on the B1G being terrible the last 2 years.

Never seen you so butthurt Sox. Your opponents record is 6 games below .500. FSU opponents record is 8 games above .500. In fact of the top 4 teams FSU is the only team that is in the positive.

Impressive feat but the Big is not helping OSU.

Do me a favor and tell me how you come to the conclusion that OSU is better coached.

ummmm. Oregon scored 59 in 2 and a half quarters on a bowl bound SEC team who beat S. Carolina and went toe to toe with UGA.

I wouldn't call them a bowl bound team just yet...

need 2 wins between Auburn, Vandy, and Kentucky, and the only one I see is a gimme game for the vols be Kentucky

Not sure exactly what you are asking here but its pretty much a no brainer that Ohio State does have a better coach.

Based upon what exactly? Overall record, offensive numbers, defensive numbers, penalties, or head to head? Accomplishments done at UF have no bearing on what he does at OSU.

Just so you know Urban is 0-1 against Jumbo as HCs.

Based on overall accomplishments.

Accomplishments done where ever he has been prove how good of a coach he is.

And his accomplishments far out weighs jumbo.

Accomplishments at previous schools have no bearing on how OSU is coached. Not difficult to understand that. Why is OSU this year coached better.

Please, you come with no argument for your coach, so at least appreciate a funny gif.

Meyer would be #2 on most peoples lists of top coaches, Jimbo may get top 10.

Jimbo took a team that was 7-6, 7-6, 9-4, and 7-6 to 10-4, 9-4, 12-1. THen there is the 3 straight bowl wins. 2 of which they were underdogs. Top 5 recruiting classes and 1 #1 recruiting class. Conference Champion. Yep he has done absolutely nothing worth talking about.

Also the gif was not that funny(5 out of 10). I was trying to have a serious discussion about what Sox said because what he said peaked my interest and curiosity.

The b1G has been down the last couple. But i will say your 8 games over .500 is very lopsided. FSU has played two teams that are 15-1 combined and the rest of the opponents are combined 19-22 and an FCS team.
