Buffalo's receivers have more to explain than the kicker

Diggs could not catch a cold today when the ball was perfectly thrown to him

Its weird because that was KCs narrative coming in. Pretty evenly matched teams just came down to which receivers wanted to help their QB the most.

Now that Baltimore defense on the other hand....this might have been the Chiefs SB this year

Josh Allen is just not on the same level as Patrick Mahomes IMO, the Bills, despite all of the praise from the media and despite having solid teams, cannot get over the hump and will always fall short in the playoffs. The Bills just aren’t on the same level as the Chiefs. The Chiefs are a dynasty, 6 straight AFC Title Games, wow.

I mean yes, but Allen is also squarely the 2nd best QB in the NFL. He was phenomenal tonight. Let's not get this twisted because the Buffalo receivers suck and MVS showed up for literally no other games but playoff games apparently this year.

Bad play calling from the Bills OC....coupled with some good D calls from the Chiefs DC.

The thing about the Bills attack is they had to be perfect for it to work against the Chiefs. Were hovering at or below 5 yards a play much of the night. Allen had to play insanely well and run for it to work. Allen was pretty close to perfect.

Allen is NOT the second best QB in the NFL. He’s not as good as Burrow or Lamar. Allen is very good but he’s also a turnover machine at times and he frequently comes up short in big games. For all of the praise he gets, he’s only made the AFC Title Game once, in the Covid year. The bottom line is is that putting Mahomes and Allen as equals, as CBS was doing before the game, is kind of laughable - Mahomes is clearly the best in the NFL.
