This team is actively finding ways to lose. Stupid intentional walk again by Bochy, followed by a walk of a terrible hitter, followed by a hit batter to lose the game.

The Mets didn’t even need to get a single hit to win. Rangers literally gave them 3 straight base runners.

All of this right after the hitters couldn’t get one run in with the bases loaded and 0 outs.

It’s laughably bad. Heads should roll, but they won’t.

I sure don’t see what’s so great about Bochy.

It’s on the lineup and bullpen, as usual. Lineup failed multiple times to drive in runs with 0 or 1 outs, and the bullpen blew a lead and then comically lost the game in extras without even allowing a hit. Mix in a bad decision or two by Bochy, and there you have it. Same story almodt every single night. It’s like the movie Groundhog Day at this point.

The starting pitching stands no chance to get wins.

Never should have walked Alonso. Once again, it’s giving the opponent free bases in extra innings. Alonso is hitting .220 this year.

Putting him on for free created a situation where Chapman, who has had major control problems, could not afford to walk a single guy. Next guy got a walk, and there you have it.

Starting pitching wasn't too great tonight. Perez and Smith did well.

We may have had a better chance if we had used Stratten instead of LeClerc but who knows?

Not great, but not awful. They were still in the game when Dunning departed. He kept it close enough to where they could take the lead.

And there have been tons of games lately where the starting pitching has allowed 0-1 runs and lost. They’ve been easily the best part of this team.

At least we jumped ahead of Houston in case a waiver guy gets down to us. You have to look on the bright side.
