I agree. I always wonder how Rappaport makes his decisions. Was he there at practice?? Practices are not open to the public and are generally closed to the media, especially final practices and walkthroughs before a game. If the practice was open to the press, then the Chicago press was also there. Bet my drift?? That also means that Zappe took reps. Could be that BB was evaluating who looked better. I mean better in terms of freedom of movement and flexibility, not throwing accurate or inaccurate passes.

Patriots RB Damien Harris will play Monday against the Bears.​

Harris returned to full practices this week, so it comes as no surprise that he has been removed from the injury report entirely. Expect Harris to rejoin backfield-mate Rhamondre Stevenson to form a tandem likely to be busy against a Bears team surrendering almost 26 PPR points per game to opposing backfields. Fantasy managers can feel comfortable inserting Harris back into starting lineups as an upside RB2 for Week 7.

Both wide receivers got in limited sessions on Saturday to close the practice week, leaving the door open for a potential return to action against the Bears. It will be interesting to see how the team handles the snap rate distribution between the two and rookie Tyquan Thornton after the latter erupted for two total touchdowns on three carries and three receptions last week against the Browns. Either way, Agholor and Bourne should be of little interest to fantasy managers due to the unknowns surrounding their respective statuses for Monday night.

By Saturday It's a bit late for a team to react so using misdirection that late is more likely to hurt your own team than hurt the other.

Bourne was listed questionable. He's been tumbling down the depth chart of late anyway. Also inactive for the Patriots are CB Shaun Wade, DT Christian Barmore, S Joshuah Bledsoe, LB Josh Uche, RB Kevin Harris, and RT Isaiah Wynn.

Appearing on ESPN's Monday Night Countdown, Adam Schefter suggested the Patriots could use both Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe at quarterback Monday night against the Bears.​

"We also think we might see both quarterbacks tonight. I would not be surprised by that," Schefter said. "I'm not telling you we will, but I'm saying I wouldn't be surprised." Schefter left the door open for both quarterbacks to play. And then announcers Joe Buck and Troy Aikman both chimed in, saying pretty much the same thing as Schefter. Jones is expected to start, but there's concern about him playing a full game. It complicates things for those playing one-game DFS slates and in two-QB leagues. The Patriots have played it close to the vest with Jones, and Zappe went 2-0 as starter in his cameo. Jones is now a risky fantasy play.

This seems utterly ridiculous to me. Maybe they're right but that would be a weird fucking game plan from where I'm standing.
