Heart-breaking to see. I thankfully missed seeing the injury by luck of being distracted by something else but I saw the aftermath of the injury of him holding part of his leg and the other part holding his foot turned the complete other way.


In a 1 year deal too where he had that low rookie contract. Absolutely terrible to see. Jerry did him dirty. I absolutely hate injuries like that in any sport. Spoils my ability to enjoy the games knowing injuries like that are possible to witness.

DAAAANG. Well.... he got a hell of a payday this year ($30M+ guaranteed) so if he's smart he's set for life, but this is a pretty big injury. Dak has never been a HUGE scrambling type so I think he'll be able to come back, but the timing is bad. Hopefully he recovers quick.

That said, I think Dalton will be fine with the Boys. He's got plenty of weapons at his disposal. Not the best OL due to injuries... man Cowboys really got nailed with the injury bug this year.

That's funny about the cramp. My girlfriend said it before Romo did and I looked at her and said that's no cramp, he's hurt bad just from how he grabbed his calf area.

It's been reported many times he took out an insurance policy. Money won't be an issue either way. If he gets better he'll get paid and if he doesn't he'll cash that policy. Knowing Dak, the last thing he is thinking about is money right now. I'm sure it's killing him that he can't play any more this year.
