It was over anyway before those injuries - The Heat stopped scoring because the Lakers played better defense.

Point me to the post where I said anything about the Heat having a chance to win last night even if those 2 played the 2nd half? I'll wait

You do realize not every game in a series is the same right?

The Heat aren't quitters and people need to know this. Just because they got destroyed last night doesn't mean that they're just going to quit on the series

lol @people thinking the Heat will quit. Apparently, some folks haven't been watching them.

I sure as heck hope the Lakers aren't thinking that way.

Spo and Riley are probably in some conference room right now cooking up some voodoo defense that's going to give the Lakers offense fits.

Yeah, I think the wiser decision would be to keep him out and let him heal naturally and not risk further injury - they are not going to win any way
But it’s the Finals lol. He is aging this might be his last shot to get a title. If he can play spurts he will...I guarantee that. Just depends on how serious. That injury can be brutal

That would be up to their medical staff and the player...

Something tells me Bam or Dragic (maybe both) gets upgraded to questionable on the final injury report tomorrow and one will play IMO.

Dragic injury sounds more serious on the impact it'll have his game. If Bam movement is fine and the risk of further injury to the neck is low then I think he can be good still. I had plantar fasciitis before but it wasn't torn and that thing is a bitch to deal with. You honestly don't want to walk and definitely not run on it for a few days at least

The Heat are a deep team when Spo use his depth so even with no Dragic/Bam, they can still throw a good group out there.

Maybe Lakers will agree to playing half the game in wheelchairs.

Shots fired at Kyrie?

Probably.

Here is the thing though. I have said this many times. Kyrie was not the best fit for LeBron. Both ball dominant players.

LeBron liked having Kyrie on his team to relieve pressure, but the reality is that LeBron was the main guy the offense was going to run through and Kyrie was always going to be second.

AD plays a very different role from LBJ and it is a role that fits naturally. Also, AD is much closer to equal footing with LeBron. So really not much reason for jealousy.

Reminds me a bit of old man Robinson and young Timmy D

I think I saw Woj on Sportscenter saying Miami already left the bubble, quitting the series

I can't wait to see the shitshow

Kyrie Irving speaks on the coaching situation: "I don't really see us having a "head" coach. KD could be a head coach, I could be a head coach (some days)."
