I can't wait to see the shitshow

Kyrie Irving speaks on the coaching situation: "I don't really see us having a "head" coach. KD could be a head coach, I could be a head coach (some days)."
But some think success is guaranteed in Brooklyn next year. It's going to hit KD fast that success isn't going to come as easy as it did in Golden State.

There is going to be a lot of upset posters here next year watching Kyrie and Durant dominating next year

Dominate? As in? You have them getting to the Finals?

They are one Kyrie injury away from being just another team.

I will wait to see them actually play before I rule out the possibility. They do have as much talent as anybody.

But you continuously overrate Kyrie in terms if his impact on team and their ability to win. He carries a lot of baggage that mutes his obvious talent.

Kyrie playoff +/-

With Lebron +359
No Lebron -49

Sure, short sample for Kyrie without Lebron in the playoffs but without Lebron he is still at the bottom of the East.

I kinda feel bad for the Heat because of Bam and Dragic's injuries. If they're out for game 2 I don't see them standing a chance in winning.

And if the Lakers are up 2-0 in the series, it's pretty much over even if it was a fully healthy team.
I agree. Coming out of a 2-0 hole is very hard in a 7 game series. But always remember those 2004 Red Sox who came back against the Yankees down 3-0 to win the series 4-3. But that kind of stuff is very very very rare

I don't agree with Broussard all that often...but he's dead on here. Either come out and say it was an oversight, or own it and say "I meant what I said and here's why..."

Don't say shit like that and then put it on the media.

Kyrie's a bitch. And someone should tell him to STFU. LeBron's resume speaks for itself. Third team he's guided to the Finals. That dumbass flat Earther has one playoff win without LeBron. That's it. He's in position to be saying anything.

Poor Steve Nash. He has no idea what kinda trainwreck he's joined. It won't take long for that flat Earther and that social media fraud throw him under the bus.

It's not impossible. But the Heat were a major underdog going in to the series and now that 2 of their best 3 players are injured and they're down 0-1, it's just made it all more difficult.

It's just very unlikely that they'll come back from 0-2 to win the series in that case.

Before the Finals started I had the feeling the series would be tied 1-1 after two games.

I don't any more.

The problem for the Heat is that their 3 best players are all dealing with some sort of injury and they don't really have a lot of time to get their injuries treated.

The first 4 games are all scheduled for every other day, so they can really only get 1 day of treatment between games.

If they can win one of the first 4 games, they could be okay because they get 2 days off between games 4 and 5. It'll depend on how limiting the injuries are and how well the Heat training staff can treat them.

It's not really in the Heat's DNA, but I think they might be better off keeping Dragic and Bam out tonight (even if they could play) and limiting Jimmy's minutes. They'd pretty much be guaranteed to be down 2-0, but that's not all that bad when you consider that, in a normal playoffs, all the Lakers would have accomplished is keeping home court advantage. It would give them 3 days to get their injuries treated. Then they might be in better shape to protect their "home court".

Can we play game 2 first?

Kyrie and KD deserve each other. If this wasn't reality you would think it was a bad WWE script.
