Not the argument.

And you're wrong again. Every player on my list and more have admitted to playing high. Ricky Williams never played high? Josh Gordon never played high? That's two right there. There are NBA players on record saying the majority of the league plays high.

These are all examples of players who excelled while playing high.

It damages your theory that Aaron Rodgers would suck playing high - I mean - maybe he would but it didn't hurt any of those other players.

I never once said any of them took it as a performance enhancer. I simply proved your "this is flat out incorrect" comment wrong with a long list of players who excelled in pro sports while playing high. If you still don't believe me, look it up yourself. It's not hard to find.

Do I think marijuana will be deemed a performance enhancer one day? Sure. It takes away pain and heals you and allows you to perform at a higher level than without it when your hurt, injured and tired.

I've seen it used to heal people coming off life threatening surgery. It certainly enhanced their recovery and performance during physical therapy.

My opinion based on my experience. Don't let it bother you so much.
I included Josh Gordon. Ricky Williams did many years ago, and it arguably ruined his career. He was a massive bust, and a large part of his criticism is work ethic and passion for the game.

Again, you never provided a list of players who played while high. Maybe 1-2 of the people you mention did, and they didn't play high because it enhanced their performance. You said you "know it is a performance enhancer" yet you can't prove it whatsoever.

Prove that it's a performance enhancer. Simple as that. Your statement saying this is what brought us to where we are. Either prove that pot is a performance enhancer or pipe down (no pun intended), because you're just wasting time at this point.

I did. You just refuse to accept it and fact check it for yourself. At least you admit Ricky Williams excelled while playing high - And Josh Gordon too. I guess that's a good enough admission coming from.someone like yourself. I'll accept it.

Simple as that! If it's so simple, prove to me that it's not. I have medical doctors on my side who prescribe various strains that help people in all kinds of ways both mentally and physically, enhancing the quality and performance of their daily lives. They're prescribed the same way HGH and steroids are.

Does the dirt weed you smoke turn you into anything but a slouch? Probably not. But that's comparing golden apples to rotten oranges.

No, you just simply haven't. Smoking pot in the offseason isn't the same as playing high. Maybe you'll understand that soon. Williams also never excelled - pot made him a worse player, so thanks for the point in my favor.

:pound: Now you're just ruined. So those doctors are prescribing medical marijuana for the sole reason of helping those people perform better in football?? LMAO you are such a moron, no wonder you're so often getting attacked on here. This is some powerful dipshittery.

You came into the conversation making a claim. When you were called on it you couldn't supply proof, or at least not actual proof. Nice try, better luck next time briz.

Some people (like you) don't believe anything until Yahoo news tells you what to believe. You just sit and wait to be told what to think.

Other people (like me) from their own opinions and use their experiences to predict those future headlines and share those ideas with slow folks before they appear.

Nothing like a coach deciding there is no need for competition in the NFL even though you just used the first pick on a QB when he has a sure fire star like Tyrod Taylor at the helm...

Tyrod Taylor - QB - Browns
Coach Hue Jackson reiterated Monday that Tyrod Taylor is locked in as the Browns' starting quarterback.

"Do you want me to say it again?" Jackson asked reporters, rhetorically. "Tyrod is our starting quarterback." No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield has yet to throw an interception in training camp and has impressed with his accuracy, but the Browns gave up the 65th overall pick for Tyrod and are paying him $16 million in salary and bonuses. Nevertheless, Mayfield could apply pressure to Taylor by performing well in preseason games.

Dude, if you genuinely think I have not formed my own opinions regarding sports, you must not know how to read.

You made a baseless claim and are now beating around the bush rather than just admit you're full of shit. That's the long and short of it. Go ahead and respond again with some more bullshit avoiding the fact that you made a statement that you can't back up with facts.

As a Browns fan that has seen them toss countless rookies into the starting role when they're not ready, I'm OK with this.

It wasn't, dumbass. That's my point. Having marijuana be illegal for players would be no different than sweet tea. They each have the same effect on the game itself - none.

I got a hold of some pretty strong sweet tea once. Totally threw me off my game.

So you think me taking an aspirin in April makes my performance in the fall better? You're making extraordinarily huge leaps here.
If that aspirin was illegal and only certain players were taking it.

So, so very dumb
Why? Because if something is illegal and only a few players take it that doesn't give those players an advantage?

Good thing they have sweet tea, the new Gatorade for millennials.
